For the pizza bread:
- 500 gr white flour
- 340 ml hot water
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- fresh yeast
After mixing well al the ingredients, a non stick dough is the wanted result after kneading. All this needs to stay for 1 hour in a warm place, then kneaded again. Divide it into round pieces (depending on how big you want them to be), place them on a plate, grease it with vegetable oil and cover it with foil and leave overnight in the refrigerator. Before starting to cook it, the pieces of dough from the refrigerator needs to be transferred into a bowl with flour and leave until the rest of the ingredients are prepared.
For topping, I’ve used thin sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, corn, green onions, pre-cooked chicken breast,oregano tomato sauce, cheddar and mozzarella, garlic paste.
In the preheated ceramic cookware of the slow Crock Pot I’ve placed the baking paper and the pizza bread.Because we like to eat everything from a pizza, the edges were filled with mozzarella strips. Initially I’ve left only the bread for one hour on the high function with absorbent towel and after that I’ve added the rest of the ingredients, starting with tomato sauce, vegetables and then cheddar and mozzarella. Left it for another 1.5 hours on the high function with absorbing towel.
ATTENTION to the amount of vegetables as can get very wet. At the end, the edges were based with some garlic paste while it was still very hot.

Pentru blat:
- 500 gr faina alba
- 340 ml apa calda
- 15 ml ulei
- un praf de sare
- 1 lingurita zahar
- drojdie proaspata cat un bob de mazare
Din toate ingredientele se framanta foarte bine un aluat nelipicios si se lasa la dospit pentru o ora la loc cald, dupa care se rastoarna pe blatul de la bucatarie si se framanta din nou. Se imparte in bucati rotunde (in functie de cat de mari vreti sa le faceti) , se aseaza pe o farfurie, unse cu ulei si acoperite cu folie alimentara si la frigider de preferat peste noapte. Inainte de pregatire, bucatile de aluat de la frigider se transfera intr-un bol cu faina si se mai lasa pana se pregatesc si restul ingredientelor.
Pentru toping am folosit ciuperci felii subtiri, rosii cherry, ardei gras, porumb, ceapa verde,piept de pui preparat in prealabil, sos de rosii cu oregano, cheddar si mozzarella, usturoi pasta.
In vasul ceramic, preincalzit al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot cu Autostir de 5,7 l(click aici) am asezat hartie de copt si blatul . Pentru ca ne place sa mancam tot de la o pizza, marginile le-am umplut cu fasii de mozzarella. Initial am lasat numai blatul pentru o ora pe functia high , cu prosop absorbant dupa care am adaugat si restul ingredientelor, incepand cu sosul de rosii peste blat,legumele si apoi cheddar si mozzarella, pentru inca 1,5 ore pe functia high tot cu prosop absorbant.
ATENTIE la cantitatea de de legume pentru a nu iesi foarte umeda.
La final , marginile le-am uns cu pensula cu usturoi pasta cat inca era foarte fierbinte.
