Chiftele de somon si sos tartar/Salmon meatballs with tartar sauce





Ingredients:

  • 450 gr cooked salmon;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 1 red bell pepper;
  • 1 butter cube;
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs;
  • 2 large eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise;
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce;
  • half bunch fresh parsley;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • salt, ground pepper.

Fry the chopped onion , red pepper and the garlic in a hot pan with butter. Add the smashed salmon in a bowl with the rest of ingredients and make a firm composition and let to rest for half an hour. In the meantime, turn on the slow cooker on high.

In the 6,5l Cookwork’s ceramic bowl place a baking paper and form the meatballs. Set the slow cooker for 2.5 hours on high with an absorbent towel.

    Tartar sauce ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream;
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise;
  • chopped spring onions;
  • chopped pickles;
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
  • ground pepper, salt;
  • fresh dill.

Mix all ingredients for a delicious combination. I recommend you to try it.

Pentru chiftele am reciclat o bucata de somon gatita si refuzata de copil:

  • 450 gr somon gatit(click aici pentru a vedea reteta)
  • 1 ceapa medie
  • 1 ardei gras rosu
  • 1 cub unt
  • 1 cana pesmet
  • 2 oua mari
  • 2 linguri de maioneza(de preferat homemade)
  • 1 lingurita sos Worcestershire
  • 1/2 legatura patrunjel proaspat
  • 2 catei usturoi
  • sare, piper dupa plac

Somonul l-am maruntit cu ajutorul a doua furculite. Ceapa, usturoiul si ardeiul gras le-am calit in tigaie cu un cub  de unt si impreuna cu restul ingredientelor am realizat o compozitie ferma pe care am lasat-o sa stea pentru o jumatate de ora. Intre timp am dat drumul si la slow cooker pe functia high.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Cookworks de 6,5l(click aici) am asezat hartie de copt si chiftelele formate si am setat oala pentru 2,5 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant.

Pentru sosul tartar am folosit:

  • 1/2 cana smantana
  • 1/2 cana maioneza homemade
  • ceapa verde tocata fin
  • castraveti la otet tocati fin
  • 1 lingurita zeama de lamaie
  • piper si sare daca mai este nevoie
  • marar proaspat dupa plac

Super delicioasa combinatia si va recomand cu incredere sa o incercati.
