Cheesecake

The base:
Digestive biscuits – 200 gr
Butter – 50 gr

The filling:
Cream cheese – 400 gr
Eggs – 2 pcs
Sugar – 100 gr
Corn starch – 1 tbsp

Vanilla essence

Fruit sauce (strawberries in our case):Strawberries 500 gr,water 50ml, 1 tablespoon corn starch and sugar if needed.

Crush the biscuits very well and mix with the melted butter, then press the composition on the base of a cake form with a detachable bottom, covered on the outside with aluminum foil.

Mix the cream chees with sugar, over which ad the eggs one by one and mix well. Add the corn starch with vanilla essence and pour all the resulting composition over the biscuits.

In the ceramic bowl of your Crock Pot slow cooker  put a cup of water and a grill over which add the form with the cheesecake composition.

Set the Crock Pot for 3 hours on high with an absorbent towel.

Separately, prepare the sauce on the stove. Put the strawberries, water and sugar in a saucepan  and simmer. Towards the end, add the corn starch dissolved in a little water and leave it on the fire for a while.

At the end of the program, let  the cheesecake to cool completely,then the fruit sauce . Refrigerate for a few hours before cutting.

Baza:
Biscuiti digestivi – 200 gr

Umplutura:
Crema de branza – 400 gr
Oua – 2 buc
Zahar – 100 gr
Amidon – 1 lingura
Esenta de vanilie

Sosul de fructe(capsuni in cazul nostru):

Capsuni 500 gr

Apa 50ml

1 lingura amidon

Zahar daca este nevoie

Biscuitii se maruntesc foarte bine si se amesteca cu untul topit dupa care se preseaza la baza unei forme de tort cu fund detasabil(click aici) invelita la exterior cu folie de aluminiu.

Crema de branza se mixeaza cu zaharul,peste care se adauga pe rand ouale si se omogenizeaza bine. Se adauga si amidonul cu esenta de vanilie si toata compozitia rezultata o rasturnam in forma peste biscuiti.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot se pune  o cana de apa si un gratar(click aici) peste care adugam forma cu compozitia de cheesecake.

Setam aparatul Crock Pot  pentru 3 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant.

Separat , pe aragaz se pregateste sosul. Se pun intr-o cratita capsunile, apa si zaharul(optional) si se lasa sa fiarba la foc mic. Spre final se adauga amidonul dizolvat in putina apa si se mai lasa putin pe foc.

La finalul programului, cheesecake-ul se lasa sa se raceasca complet ,dupa care se adauga si sosul de fructe. Se da la frigider pentru cateva ore inainte de a fi taiat.
