Risotto cu dovleac placintar si branza feta/Butternut squash and feta risotto

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium-sized butternut squash;
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil;
  • the juice from half lemon;
  • 300 ml vegetable stock;
  • 120 gr long-grain rice;
  • 150 gr feta;
  • salt, white ground pepper, garlic powder.

Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic and then in your Duraceramic bowl ,pour the olive oil and brown the onion and garlic.

Peel,deseed and chop into bite-sized pieces the butternut squash and put it in your slow cooker bowl. Pour over the vegetable stock, then add the rice, the lemon juice, the spices and the feta cheese. Stir very well and set up the pot for 3 hours on low.

  • 1/2 dovleac placintar de marime medie;
  • 1 ceapă;
  • 3 căței de usturoi;
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline;
  • sucul din jumătate de lămâie;
  • 300 ml stock vegetal;
  • 120 gr orez cu bob lung;
  • 150 gr branza feta;
  • sare, piper alb măcinat, usturoi pudră.

Toaca marunt ceapa, zdrobeste usturoiul. In vasul Duraceramic adauga uleiul de masline si cand e incins ,adauga ceapa si usturoiul si caleste pentru cateva minute.

Curata dovleacul placintar de coaja, taie cuburi medii si adauga-l in vasul slow cooker-ului. Adauga si restul ingredientelor si amesteca foarte bine. Seteaza oala pentru 3 ore pe functia low.
