Naut cu creveti/Chickpeas with king prawns dish

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr king prawns;
  • 200 gr dried chickpeas;
  • 1/2 bell pepper;
  • 1/2 eggplant;
  • 1/2 zucchini;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • 4 garlic cloves;
  • 8 spring onions;
  • 150 gr cherry tomatoes;
  • 400 gr tomato sauce;
  • spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika;
  • fresh parsley for serving.

In a deep bowl add the chickpeas and enough cold water and leave to hydrate for 12 hours or preferably overnight.

Directly in the Duraceramic bowl, add the oil and the chopped pepper, eggplant and zucchini and sauté for a few minutes. Transfer the dish to the base of the slow cooker and then add the rest of the ingredients. Set the pot for 4 hours on high .

Serve hot with freshly chopped parsley.

  • 250 gr creveti curatati;
  • 200 gr naut uscat ;
  • 1/2 ardei gras;
  • 1/2 vinete;
  • 1/2 dovlecel;
  • 2 linguri ulei masline;
  • 4 catei usturoi;
  • 8 fire ceapa verde;
  • 150 gr rosii cherry;
  • 400 gr sos de rosii;
  • condimente: sare, piper, boia dulce afumata;
  • patrunjel proaspat pentru servire.

Intr-un bol adanc adauga nautul si suficienta apa rece si lasa la hidratat pentru 12 ore sau cel mai bine peste noapte.

Direct in vasul Duraceramic adauga uleiul si pe rand ardeiul tocat, vinetele si dovlecelul si soteaza pentru cateva minute. Transfera vasul in baza slow cooker-ului si apoi adauga si restul de ingrediente. Seteaza oala pentru 4 ore pe functia high.

Serveste fierbinte cu patrunjel proaspat tocat.
