Orez cu sfecla rosie/Red beet rice

Ingredients:

1 cup rice

3 cups bone stock

1 small red beet previously boiled

1 onion

3 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

salt, pepper and green parsley

Add the already cooked (or baked) diced beets to the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker together with the rice, spices,bone stock (click here to see the recipe).

Separately saute the onion and garlic in a tablespoon of oil. When the onion has a glassy appearance, transfer it to the ceramic bowl over the rest of the ingredients and set the slow cooker for 1.5 hours on high.

It is simply delicious!

Ingrediente:

1 cana orez

3 cani supa/zeama de oase

1 sfecla rosie mica fiarta in prealabil

1 ceapa

3 catei usturoi

1 lingura ulei

1 lingura zeama de lamaie

sare ,piper si patrunjel verde

Sfecla deja fiarta(sau coapta) taiata cuburi se adauga in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului impreuna cu orezul, condimentele,zeama/supa de oase(click aici pentru a vedea reteta).

Separat calim ceapa si usturoiul intr-o lingura de ulei. Cand ceapa are un aspect sticlos o transferam in vasul ceramic peste restul de ingrediente si setam slow cooker-ul pentru 1,5 ore pe functia high.

Este pur si simplu delicios!
