Stuffed peppers/Ardei umpluti



Being a traditional recipe, i never make  stuffed peppers in quantities detailed.

Quantities By the “eye’s scale” I’m puttong minced beef, rice, optional fresh mushrooms, green onions, green garlic, grated carrots, eggs, tomato paste, fresh parsley and dill, spices by taste IMPORTANT is to measure the rice so you know how much water / sauce to add to the ceramic bowl. So if you want more “dry” peppers, add 3 measures of water per rice measure and if you prefer more juice then add more water. In the ceramic bowl of the slow cooker Crock Pot with Autostir (click here) I put the peppers and tomato sauce and set the pot for 8 hours on the low function.

Delicious when served with sour cream!

Fiind o reteta traditionala , niciodata nu fac ardeii umpluti dupa anumite cantitati .

Ochiometric pun carne de vita, orez, ciuperci proaspete optional, ceapa verde, usturoi verde,morcov ras, oua, bulion, cate o legătură de pătrunjel și mărar, condimentat după gust.

IMPORTANT este sa masurati orezul pentru a sti cata apa/ sos sa adaugati in vasul ceramic. Astfel, daca doriti ardeii mai “uscati” adaugati 3 masuri de apa la 1 masura orez iar daca ii preferati cu mai mai multa zeama atunci adaugati mai multa apa.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot cu Autostir(click aici) am asezat ardeii si sos de rosii si am setat oala pentru 8 ore pe functia low.

Deliciosi cand sunt serviti cu smantana!
