Prajitura cu cirese/Cherry cake

Ingredients:

250 gr pitted cherries from compote

25 gr cocoa

175ml water

150 gr flour +2 extra tablespoons

150 brown sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

a pinch of salt

1 egg

100 ml oil

vanilla essence

40 gr chocolate

The cherries are drained in a sieve or on an absorbent towel.

In a bowl put the cocoa powder over which add  hot water, mix well so that there are no lumps and leave it to cool.

Separately, in another bowl mix the flour, brown sugar, salt and baking powder.

Over the flour mixture add the cocoa composition, oil, egg and vanilla essence. Mix everything very well.

Over the drained cherries, add 2 tablespoons of flour and then add them to the composition together with the chopped chocolate.

Put the obtained composition into a form lined with butter and flour and placed in your slow cooker. I recommend this procedure because the cakes placed in this way bake evenly.

Set the slow cooker for 3 hours on high and use an absorbent towel.

The cake has a moist but fluffy top at the same time.

25 gr cacao

175ml apa

150 gr faina +2 linguri extra

150 zahar brun

1 lingurita praf de copt

un praf de sare

1 ou

100 ml ulei

esenta de vanilie

40 gr ciocolata

Ciresele se lasa la scurs intr-o sita sau pe un prosop absorbant .

Intr-un bol se pune pudra de cacao  peste care se toarna apa fierbinte, se amesteca foarte bine sa nu existe cocoloase si se lasa la racit.

Separat, in alt bol se amesteca faina,zaharul brun, sarea si praful de copt.

Peste amestecul de faina se adauga compozitia de cacao, uleiul,oul si esenta de vanilie. Se amesteca totul foarte bine .

Peste ciresele scurse se adauga 2 linguri de faina  dupa care le adaugam in compozitie impreuna cu ciocolata maruntita.

Compozitia astfel obtinuta se toarna intr-o forma tapetata cu unt si faina si se aseara in slow cooker . Recomand acest procedeu deoarece prajiturile astfel asezate se coc uniform.

Setam slow cooker-ul ptr 3 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant.

Prajitura are un blat umed dar si pufos in acelasi timp.
