Ciorba de afumatura/Sour soup with smoked pork meat

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg smoked pork ribs / smoked pork leg;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 2 celery sticks;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 300 ml tomato sauce;
  • 2.5 liters pork stock;
  • spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, tarragon;
  • vinegar to taste;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 bunch parsley.

Directly in the ceramic bowl of the 5.7 liter slow cooker add the meat, chopped vegetables, tomato sauce, pork stock, spices and set the pot for 8 hours on low.

At the end of the program, add vinegar to taste, 3 beaten eggs and a bunch of chopped parsley and leave it for another 15-20 minutes.

  • 1 kg coaste/ciolan afumat;
  • 1 ceapa;
  • 1 morcov;
  • 1 ardei gras;
  • 2 tije telina;
  • 2 rosii;
  • 300 ml sos rosii;
  • 2,5 litri stock porc;
  • condimente:sare, piper, boia ardei afumata, tarhon;
  • otet dupa plac;
  • 3 oua;
  • 1 legatura patrunjel.

Direct in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului de 5,7 litri adauga carnea, legumele tocate, sosul de rosii, stock-ul de porc, condimentele si seteaza oala pentru 8 ore pe functia low.

La sfarsitul programului adauga otet dupa plac, 3 oua batute si o legatura de patrunjel tocat si mai lasa pentru inca 15-20 minute.
