Rata cu portocala/Duck with oranges

A piece of chubby duck (2.5 kg) massaged with a mixture of: juice of 2 oranges, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, salt, pepper, grated ginger, garlic powder, chilli and left to marinate for 24 hours.

Place the grill and the whole duck in the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker . Set the pot for 5 hours on high with an absorbent towel.

So delicious and juicy 🙂

Una bucata rata dolofana de 2,5 kg a fost masata cu un amestec din:zeama de la 2 portocale, 4 linguri sos de soia, 1 lingura ulei de masline, 1 lingura zahar brun, sare , piper, ghimbir ras, usturoi praf, chilli si lasata la marinat pentru 24 ore.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot  se aseaza gratarul(click aici) si rata intreaga. Se seteaza oala pentru 5 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant.

Atat de delicioasa si suculenta 🙂
