Lasagna

For this recipe I initially made in the slow cooker the bolognese sauce (click here to see the complete recipe).

For the white sauce (a cheese sauce) I used: 30 gr butter, 15 gr white flour, 500 ml milk, 5 gr Dijon mustard, 100 gr cheese, 25 gr parmesan, salt, pepper.

The sauce is made very simply in the microwave following the following steps:

-Put the butter in a large bowl and in the microwave for 15 seconds.

-remove and add flour and mix very well and put it back in the microwave for 30 seconds.

-remove and add the milk gradually, stirring with a whisk without remaining lumpy and put in the oven for 1min30sec, soak, mix and again for another 30 seconds in the microwave.

-mix the cheese with the rest of the ingredients and mix very well until it melts and leave the sauce aside until you assemble the lasagna.

In the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker place a special slow cooker bag  to make it easier to remove the lasagna but also less mess. At the bottom of the bowl start to put in layers a little bolognese sauce, lasagna sheets, and a layer of bolognese sauce, cheese sauce and so on in as many layers as you want and at the end a generous layer of parmesan.

Set the pot for 6 hours on low and use an absorbent towel.

Pentru aceasta reteta am facut initial in slow cooker-ul Crock Pot, sosul bolognese(click aici pentru a vedea reteta completa).

Pentru sosul alb(un sos de branza ) am folosit: 30 gr unt,15gr faina alba,500ml lapte,5 gr mustar Dijon,100 gr cascaval,25 gr parmezan,sare,piper.

Sosul se face foarte simplu la microunde urmand urmatorii pasi:

-intr-un vas incapator se pune untul si in cuptorul cu microunde pentru 15 secunde.

-se scoate si peste el se adauga faina si se amesteca foarte bine si se baga din nou in cuptorul cu microunde pentru 30 secunde.

-se scoate si se adauga laptele treptat, amestecand cu un tel fara sa ramana cocoloase si se baga in cuptor pentru 1min30sec, se soate, se mai amesteca si iar inca 30 secunde in cuptorul cu microunde.

-se amesteca si cascavalul cu restul de indrediente si se amesteca foarte bine pana se topeste si lasam sosul deoparte pana ansamblam lasagna.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot se pune o punga speciala pentru slow cooker(click aici) pentru a scoate mai usor lasagna dar si mai putina mizerie. Pe fundul vasului incepem sa punem putin sos bolognese,foi de lasagna,iar un strat de sos bolognese, sosul de branza si tot asa in straturi cate vreti si la final un strat generos de parmezan.

Se seteaza oala pentru 6 ore pe functia low cu prosop absorbant.
