Pulled turkey

Ingredients:

  • turkey meat (about 1kg);
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil;
  • spices: paprika, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, mustard seeds, thyme, basil, garlic powder.

Massage the meat very well with spices and olive oil. Put everything in a zip bag and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Put the seasoned meat in the 5l Duraceramic Crock Pot slow cooker bowl and set the pot for 5 hours on high.

At the end , take out the meat ,put it in a dish without liquid and unwrap it in strips with 2 forks.

Prepare a composition of mustard, sweet ketchup, lemon juice (1/2 lemon) and balsamic vinegar (3 tablespoons) and add everything over the pulled turkey, cover the bowl and leave it like that for 30 minutes.

For the assembly I used hot buns,pulled turkey , garlic sauce with sour cream, lettuce, pickles, pickled hot peppers and french fries in the Tefal Actifry Fryer.

Ingrediente:

  • carne de curcan(aproximativ 1kg);
  • 4 linguri ulei masline ;
  • condimente:boia dulce,boia afumata,sare,piper,boabe de mustar, cimbru,busuioc,usturoi pudra.

Maseaza carnea foarte bine cu condimente si ulei de masline . Pune totul intr-o punga cu fermoar si lasa la marinat, in frigider, pentru 24 de ore.

In vasul slow cooker-ului 5l Duraceramic Crock Pot aseaza carnea condimentata si seteaza oala pentru 5 ore pe high.

La finalul programului scoate carnea intr-un vas fara lichid si desfa-o in fasii cu ajutorul a 2 furculite .

Prepara o compozitie din mustar,ketchup dulce,zeama de lamaie (1/2 lamaie)si otet balsamic (3 linguri) si adauga totul peste carnea fasii,acopera vasul si lasa amestecul asa pentru 30 minute.

Pentru asamblat am folosit chifle calde , carnea de curcan, sos din usturoi cu smantana, salata verde,castraveti murati,ardei iute murat si cartofi prajiti in Friteuza Tefal Actifry.
