Rata pe varza/Duck with cabbage






Duch with cabbage it is a easy, tasty recipe and with 4.5 l Duraceramic Crock Pot‘s help resulted a very nice dish that can be an ideal choice for a special family dinner.

For this dish you need  4 whole duck legs , fried in their own fat directly in Duraceramic bowl, until they became slightly golden. Take them out on an absorbent towel and season with salt, ground papper and garlic powder. In that fat , in Duraceramic bowl, add a chopped onion , a grated carrot and a tablespoon of tomato paste and saute all for 3-4 minutes. add a chopped small cabbage, salt and pepper.

Place the duck legs on top and set the slow cooker for 3.5 hours on high with an absorbent towel.

Rata pe varza , o reteta foarte simpla, gustoasa si cu ajutorul Crock Pot-ului Duraceramic de 4,5l(click aici) a rezultat si un preparat foarte aspectuos ce poate fi o alegere ideala pentru o masa in familie speciala.

4 pulpe intregi de rata, curatate foarte bine , au fost “prajite” in propria grasime direct in vasul duraceramic,pe aragaz, pana au devenit usor aurii, dupa care au fost scoase pe prosop absorbant si condimentate cu sare, piper proaspat macinat si usturoi.

In grasimea lasata in vas am calit o ceapa mare, un morcov ras si o lingura de bulion. Separat am tocat o varza mica ce a fost frecata cu sare,piper si mai apoi stoarsa si adaugata si ea in oala. Pulpele asezate si ele peste varza si totul in slow cooker pentru 3,5 ore pe functia high, sau pana cand carnea este gatita suficient(click aici) , cu prosop absorbant.
