Ciorba de fasole cu gammon afumat/Beans sour soup with smoked gammon

In the ceramic bowl of your Crock Pot slow cooker put 2 cans red kidney beans, smoked gammon cut into cubes , an onion, a carrot, parsnip, celery all slightly sauteed, 3 tomatoes, a bell pepper, green onions, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, bone stock (click here to see the full recipe) ,everything not to exceed 3/4 of the height of the bowl, the juice of 3 lemons or how much you like, depending on how sour you like it, salt pepper and lovage.

Set the pot for 6 hours on  low and add freshly chopped parsley at the end.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot am pus 2 cutii fasole roșie , gammon afumat taiat cuburi si tras putin in tigaie, separat pe aragaz, o ceapă, un morcov, pastarnac, țelină toate călite puțin, 3 roșii, un ardei gras, ceapa verde,2 linguri bulion,zeama de oase(click aici pentru a vedea reteta completa) cat sa nu depaseasca 3/4 din inaltimea vasului, zeama de la 3 lamai sau după plac , in functie de cat de acra va place, sare piper,leustean.

Se seteaza oala pentru 6 ore pe funtia low si adaugam patrunjel proaspat tocat la final.
