Gem de castraveti/Cucumber jam

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr grated cucumbers without juice;
  • 100 gr light brown sugar;
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste;
  • juice from half a lemon.

In your slow cooker ceramic bowl add the grated cucumbers, the light brown sugar, vanilla paste and the lemon juice . Mix all very well and set up the pot for 3 hours on high and use an absorbent towel.

Delicious with toast and butter.

Ingediente:

500 gr castraveti rasi si scursi de zeama;

100 gr zahar brun;

1/2 lingurita pasta de vanilie;

zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului tau adauga pur si simplu toate ingredientele, amesteca foarte bine si seteaza oala pentru 3 ore pe functia high. Nu uita sa folosesti si un prosop absorbant.

Delicios cu paine prajita si unt.
