Linte rosie cu ciuperci/Red lentils with mushrooms

1 + 1/2 cup red lentils (about 300 gr) left to hydrate in warm water
250 gr fresh mushrooms
1 large onion
2 carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
4  garlic cloves
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 + 1/2 cup hot water
Salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, curry, paprika
Fresh parsley

Everything “thrown” from the beginning in the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker and set the pot  for 3 hours on high .

Delicious!

1+1/2 căni de linte roșie ( cam 300 gr)lăsată la înmuiat cu apa calda
250 gr ciuperci proaspete
1 ceapa mare
2 morcovi
1 ardei gras rosu
1 ardei gras galben
4 căței de usturoi
1 lingura bulion
1/2 cana de sos de roșii
1+1/2 căni de apa fierbinte
Sare, piper, turmeric, chimen, curry, boia de ardei dulce
Patrunjel verde

Totul “aruncat” inca de la inceput in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului manual de 3 litri(click aici) pentru 3 ore pe functia high

Delicioasa si ideala pentru zilele de post.
