Budinca de vinete si zucchini/Eggplant and zucchini puding




Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggplant;
  • 2 zucchini;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 6 eggs;
  • 1bunch dill;
  • 250 gr feta cheese;
  • 250 gr mozzarella;
  • 100 gr cottage cheese;
  • salt, ground peppper, oregano.

Slice the eggplant and the zucchini, add salt on every slice and let to rest for 10 minutes and after fry it on a grill without oil.

Smash the feta cheese, add grated cheese and chopped dill and mix very well.

in the 5,7l Crock Pot with Autostir’s ceramic bowl place a special slow cooker foil and assemble the puding in layers as follows: a layer off eggplant, cheese mix,half of 3 mixed eggs, zucchini, cheese mix, the rest of those 3 eggs, anoher eggplant layer,sliced mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and season with salt , pepper and oregano.

Set the slow cooker for 2.5 hours on high and use an absorbent towel.

  • 2  bc vinete mari
  • 1 bc zucchini
  • 3 bc rosii
  • 6 oua
  • 1 legatura marar
  • 250 gr branza feta
  • 250 mozzarella
  • 100 gr cascaval
  • sare,piper,oregano

Vinetele si zucchini se feliaza, se sareaza si se lasa asa pentru 10 minute, dupa care se trag in tigaie/grill, fara ulei.

Branza feta se sfarama,se amesteca cu cascavalul ras si mararul tocat marunt.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot cu Autostir de 5,7l(click aici) in care am pus in prealabil folie speciala pentru slow cooker(click aici) , am asezat in straturi dupa cum urmeaza: un strat de vinete, branza, 3 oua batute,zucchini, branza,restul de 3 oua,  inca un strat de vinete, mozzarella felii, rosiile felii si asezonat cu sare,piper si oregano.  Se seteaza oala pentru 2,5 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant .
