Such a easy and delicious dish, black beans with sausages, was made today with the 4.5l Duraceramic Crock Pot‘s help.
As you well know, the Duraceramic bowl can be used in the oven, refrigerator, freezer,on induction hobs and even on regular stove.
Place the Duraceramic bowl on hob , add 1 lard cube, 4 sliced sausages and fry for a few minutes. Add a chopped onion, 1 grated carrot, 1 chopped red bell pepper and 1/4 cup pork stock and let for a few minutes.
Separately, 3 minutes 500 gr hydrated black beans . Pour the water , transfe the beans to the Duraceramic bowl and add 500ml tomato sauce.Depending on the desired consistency , add or not extra water. Season with salt, pepper , smoked paprika , curry,garlic powder, bay leaves and set the slow cooker for only 3.5 hours on high because the pot is already very hot and the vegetables partial cooked.
At the end add a bunch of fresh parsley and serve hot with pickles.

O reteta atat de simpla si atat de delicioasa ,fasole neagra cu carnati, a fost astazi realizata cu ajutorul Crock Pot-ului Duraceramic de 4,5l(click aici pentru a vedea review despre el).
Dupa cum bine stiti, vasul Duraceramic poate fi folosit atat in cuptor, frigider, congelator,pe plitele cu inductie si chiar pe flacara aragazului obisnuit asa ca , astazi i-am facut si proba.
Vasul Duraceramic pus direct pe flacara de la aragaz cu 1 cub untura se lasa la incins dupa care adaugam carnatii feliati si dupa ce se prajesc putin, adaugam si o ceapa tocata marunt, un morcov ras , 1 ardei gras si 1/4 cana zeama de oase cu focul dat la minim, pana se evapora lichidul si apoi adaugam si 500 ml sos de rosii.
Separat, intr-un alt vas se fierbe fasolea neagra(aprox 500 gr) care a stat in prealabil la hidratat peste noapte, pentru 10 minute, aruncam apa si fasolea se transfera in vasul duraceramic.
In functie de consistenta dorita, mai adaugati,sau nu, apa/zeama de oase(click aici pentru a vedea reteta ) .Condimentat dupa plac cu sare, piper, boia de ardei dulce afumata, curry , usturoi praf, foi de dafin si se seteaza oala pentru 3,5 ore pe functia high, deoarece vasul este deja foarte fierbinte si legumele au fost calite.
La sfarsit adaugam si o legatura de patrunjel proaspat si se serveste calda cu muraturi.
