Pearl tapioca pudding is a unique but also delicious dessert prepared in your favorite slow cooker.
Hydrate tapioca pearls in cold water and leave for 1-2 hours.
In the bowl of your slow cooker add 1 cup of hydrated tapioca and 5 cups of milk, mix and set the pot for 2 hours on high.
At the end, add coconut flakes, essences, nuts, honey or raw sugar and fruit to taste.
Serve cold from the fridge on hot summer days or freshly prepared, warm, on cold winter days.

Budinca de tapioca perle este un desert inedit dar si delicios preparat in slow cooker-ul tau preferat.
Hidrateaza tapioca perle in apa rece si lasa pentru 1-2 ore.
In vasul slow cooker-ului tau adauga 1 cana tapioca hidratata si 5 cani de lapte, amesteca si seteaza oala pentru 2 ore pe functia high.
La final adauga fulgi de cocos,esente,nuci, miere sau zahar brut si fructe dupa plac.
Se serveste rece de la frigider in zilele calduroase de vara sau proaspat preparata, calda , in zilele reci de iarna.
