I’m a big fan of Jamie Oliver so I couldn’t go wrong with his recipe. I just adapted this wonderful recipe for slow cooker and with just a small change, I also added sweet potatoes to the mashed potatoes.
I exactly followed the steps in the video below, and I placed everything in a ceramic bowl and then in the ceramic bowl of the slow cooker Crock Pot and I set the pot for 3 hours on high with an absorbent towel. If you make a larger quantity, it can be placed directly in the ceramic bowl of the pot.

Sunt o mare admiratoare a lui Jamie Oliver asa ca nu aveam cum sa dau gres cu o reteta de-a lui. Eu, doar am adaptat aceasta minunata reteta pentru slow cooker si doar cu o mica modificare, in piure-ul de cartofi am adaugat si cartof dulce.
Am respectat intocmai pasii din video-ul de mai jos , si am asezat totul intr-un bol de ceramica si apoi in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot cu Autostir de 5,7l(click aici) si am setat oala pentru 3 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant. Daca faceti o cantitate mai mare se poate pune direct in vasul ceramic al oalei.
Este de-a dreptul delicioasa!
