Ingredients:
- 3 large bell peppers;
- 100 gr rice ;
- 150 gr diced mushrooms;
- 1/2 diced zucchini;
- 1/4 eggplant cubes;
- 4 cloves crushed garlic;
- 1 grated carrot;
- 1 chopped onion;
- 1 bunch chopped green onions;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 bunch dill and parsley;
- 500 ml tomato sauce;
- spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder.
In a hot fry pan add the olive oil and brown the onion, garlic, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, carrot. The procedure is necessary because both the chosen vegetables and the rice require different cooking times.
In a deep bowl add the partially cooked vegetables, rice, green onions, spices, 5-6 tablespoons of tomato sauce and finely chopped parsley and dill and mix well. With the resulting composition fill the washed and cleaned peppers.
In the slow cooker bowl, add the stuffed peppers, the rest of the tomato sauce and set the pot for 2.5 hours on high .

- 100 gr orez cu bob rotund;
- 150 gr ciuperci cuburi;
- 1/2 dovlecel cuburi;
- 1/4 vanata cuburi;
- 4 catei de usturoi zdrobiti;
- 1 morcov ras;
- 1 ceapa tocata;
- 1 legatura ceapa verde tocata;
- 2 linguri ulei de masline;
- 1 legatura marar si patrunjel;
- 500 ml sos de rosii;
- condimente: sare,piper,boia afumata, usturoi pudra.
Intr-o tigaie incinsa adauga uleiul de masline si soteaza ceapa,usturoiul, ciupercile, dovlecelul,vanata, morcovul.Procedeul este necesar pentru ca atat legumele alese cat si orezul necesita timpi diferiti de preparare.
Intr-un bol adanc adauga legumele gatite partial,orezul, ceapa verde,condimentele,5-6 linguri din sosul de rosii si patrunjelul si mararul tocate marunt si amesteca foarte bine. Cu compozitia rezultata se umplu ardeii spalati si curatati de seminte.
In vasul slow cooker-ului tau adauga ardeii umpluti, restul de sos de rosii si seteaza oala pentru 2,5 ore pe functia high.
