Chifle/Buns

Ingredients:

100 gr whole wheat flour
150 gr white flour
150 ml of warm milk
1/2 sachet of dry yeast
A pinch of salt, garlic, onion, dehydrated tomatoes.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 yolk
Knead the dough very well and leave it to rise.

Meanwhile, turn on your slow cooker on high and let it work while the buns are being prepared. From this quantity came 4 buns that I greased with egg yolk and sprinkled poppy seeds and sesame seeds over them and placed them in the ceramic bowl of the slow cooker Crock Pot  for 2 hours on high on baking paper and with an absorbent towel.

The buns are very fluffy and ideal for baby friendly beef burgers (click here to see the recipe).

150 gr faina alba
150 ml lapte cald
1/2 plic drojdie uscata
Un praf de sare, usturoi, ceapa, rosii deshidratate .
1 lingura ulei de masline
1 galbenus ou .
Aluatul se framanta foarte bine si se lasa mai apoi la dospit.

Intre timp se da drumul la slow cooker pe high si se lasa sa functioneze cat timp se pregatesc chiflele. Din cantitatea aceasta au iesit 4 chifle pe care le.am uns cu galbenusul si am presarat peste ele mac si susan si le-am asezat in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot pentru 2 ore pe high pe hartie de copt si prosop absorbant.

Chiflele sunt foarte pufoase si ideale pentru burgerii de vita baby friendly(click aici pentru a vedea reteta).
