Chiftele/Meat balls

I have to admit that my meatballs never come out the same way because I don’t make them according to a certain recipe. Ochiometrically, I put minced meat (usually beef mixed with pork) eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, grated carrot, parsley, spices to taste and as I feel the composition on hand. You can make any combination you want, it is important to have a firm composition.

In the ceramic bowl of your Crock Pot slow cooker place a grill and then form the meatballs  and set the pot for 3 hours on high with an absorbent towel.

Trebuie sa recunosc ca niciodata nu-mi ies chiftelele la fel penru ca nu le fac dupa o reteta anume . Ochiometric, pun carne tocata(de obicei carne de vita amestecata cu carne de porc) oua, pesmet, ceapa usturoi,morcov ras, verdeturi, condimente dupa plac si dupa cum simt compozitia la mana . Puteti face orice combinatii vreti, important e sa fie o compozitie ferma.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot se aseaza un gratar si apoi chiftelele formate si se seteaza oala pentru 3 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant.
