In the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker Crock Pot put from the beginning potatoes, red onions, green onions, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, celery, parsnips, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, a tablespoon of olive oil. All vegetables should not exceed half the height of the pot. Also add vegetable stock but do not exceed 3/4 of the height of the ceramic bowl and set the pot for 4 hours on high or until the potatoes are done.
Towards the end beat 2 eggs very well and put them over the sour soup together with a punch of lovage.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot am pus inca de la inceput cartofi,ceapa rosie, ceapa verde, rosii cherry,ardei gras,morcov,telina, pastarnac,zeama de lamaie,patrunjel, sare,piper,usturoi,cimbru, o lingura ulei de masline. Nu am pus cu masura , dar toate legumele sa nu depaseasca jumatate din inaltimea vasului. Am adaugat si stock de legume cat sa nu depaseasca 3/4 din inaltimea vasului ceramic si am setat oala pentru 4 ore pe functia high sau pana cand cartofii sunt patrunsi.
Spre final am batut 2 oua foarte bine si le-am pus peste ciorba impreuna cu leustean.
