Ciorba de fasole verde/Green pod beans sour soup

A  simple sour soup recipe is that of green pod beans. In the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker , “throw” green pod beans, sliced leeks, sliced carrots, grated parsnips, chopped celery, bell peppers, tomatoes, tomato paste, bone stock(click here to see recipe), salt, pepper and lemon juice, all depending on what consistency you want the soup to have and set the pot for 4 hours on  high.

Separately, in a deep bowl mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream with an egg yolk and with an hour before the end , temper the sour cream with liquid from the slow cooker bowl, stirring constantly and turn everything back into slow cooker and leave it until the end of the program.

O reteta foarte simpla de ciorba este cea de fasole pastai. In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului manual de 3 litri(click aici) “aruncam” fasole pastai,praz taiat rondele,morcov rondele,pastarnac ras, telina cuburi, ardei gras fasii, rosii ,bulion, zeama de oase(click aici pentru a vedea reteta) , sare, piper si zeama de lamaie , toate in functie de ce consistenta vreti sa aiba ciorba. Se seteaza oala pentru 4 ore pe functia high.

Separat, intr-un bol adanc amestecam 2 linguri de smantana cu un galbenus si cu o ora inainte de finalul programului , temperam smantana cu zeama din vasul slow cooker-ului , amestecand incontinuu pentru a evita branzirea smantanii si rasturnam totul inapoi in slow cooker si lasam pana la terminarea programul.
