The pork ribs simply degreased and seasoned with salt ,pepper,garlic, paprika ,BBQ sauce and olive oil, leave it in fridge for a few hours in a zip bag then placed in Crock Pot positioned by the ceramic bowl’s walls to avoid boiling in its own fat.
Since I made a small amount of ribs , I preffered to cook the garnish in the same bowl, namely potatoes with parmesan ( a few potatoes mixed well with melted butter , crushed garlic ,salt,pepper, fresh parsley and parmesan) and set the slow cooker for 4 hours on high with an absorbent towel.

Coastele de porc degresate si condimentate simplu cu: sare ,piper, usturoi, boia de ardei dulce, sos bbq si ulei de masline, se lasa la frigider pentru cateva ore intr-o punga cu fermoar, dupa care se aseaza in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot cu Autostir de 5,7l(click aici) , in “picioare” sprijinite de pretii vasului pentru a evita fierberea in propria grasime(se si rumenesc in acest fel).
Deoarece am facut o cantitate mica de coaste, am preferat sa gatesc si garnitura in acelasi vas si anume, cartofi cu parmeza: cativa cartofi, amestecati bine cu unt topit, usturoi pisat, sare, piper, parmeza,patrunjel proaspat si am setat oala pentru 4 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant.
