Crema de zahar ars/Creme brulee

Ingredients:

100 gr sugar for caramel

25 gr sugar

2 eggs

250 ml of milk

seeds from a vanilla pod


Cream brulee is one of the very easy recipes to make.

First, put the sugar in a pot to caramelize it, stirring constantly. When it is ready, the walls of 4 preheated individual ramekins are “wallpapered” (to avoid breaking them).

Separately beat the eggs very well with the sugar and gradually add the milk.

Put the composition in all ramekins over the caramel and then in the slow cooker.Add a cup of water so that it can be made in a bain marie.

Everything for 3.5 hours on  high with an absorbent towel.

Crema de zahar ars este una din retetele foarte simplu de facut.

In primul rand , punem zaharul intr-o oala la caramelizat amestecand incontinuu . Cand acesta este gata se “tapeteaza” peretii unor forme individuale preincalzite (pentru a evita spargerea lor) .

Separat batem foarte bine ouale spuma  cu zaharul si adaugam treptat laptele.

Compozitia se pune in forme in mod egal, peste caramelul intarit si apoi in slow cooker unde am adaugat si o cana de apa pentru ca aceasta sa se faca la bain marie.

Totul pentru 3,5 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant.
