Escalop de vita/Beef escalope

Ingredients:

500 gr beef meat;

150 gr olive oil;

100 gr mushrooms;

cherry tomatoes;

1 onion;

3 garlic cloves;

100 ml of tomato sauce with basil;

150 ml red wine;

1 tablespoon flour;

1 tablespoon oil;

1 teaspoon chilli pepper sauce (optional);

Season the beef meat with salt and pepper and let it to rest for at least 30 minutes. Over it add flour and mix well and put all in a fry pan over high heat for a few seconds on each side.

Separately, saute the finely chopped onion, crushed garlic and mushrooms.

In the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker add all the ingredients and set the pot for 3 hours on high.

We served with couscous and green garlic.

500 gr carne de vita

150 gr masline kalamata

100 gr ciuperci

rosii cherry

1 ceapa

3 catei de usturoi

100 ml suc de rosii cu busuioc

150 ml vin rosu dezalcolizat

1 lingura faina

1 lingura ulei

1lingurita sos de ardei iuti(optional)

Carnea de vita se condimenteaza cu sare si piper si se lasa asa pentru  minim 30 minute. Peste ea adaugam faina si amestecam bine si o tragem in tigaie la foc rapid pentru cateva secunde pe fiecare parte .

Separat calim ceapa tocata marunt, usturoiul strivit si ciupercile .

In vasul ceramic adaugam toate ingredientele si setam slow cooker-ul pentru 3 ore pe high.

Noi am servit cu cus cus si usturoi verde.

Minunata!!!!
