Take piece of Gammon with all the fat and skin, cut some deep lines in meat and place it in a zip bag . Over the piece of meat add a sauce of: 100 gr brown sugar, juice from half a lemon, 2 tablespoons bbq sauce, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper to taste and optional herbs and but be careful how much you use because they intensify their taste during slow cooking.
Remove the air from the bag, close it and massage the meat well. Leave it to in fridge overnight or better for 24 hours.
Place the whole meat with all the sauce from the bag in the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker Crock Pot and set the pot for 7 hours on low or until the meat is cooked enough .
At the end, take the meat and add a tablespoon of starch dissolved in water over the sauce and leave for another 30 minutes.

Una bucata Gammon cu tot cu grasime si soric , se cresteaza si se aseaza intr-o punga cu fermoar(click aici) . Peste bucata de carne se adauga un sos din:100 gr zahar brun, zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie,2 linguri sos bbq,2 linguri ulei,2linguri sos de soia, usturoi, sare, piper dupa plac si optional si ierburi aromate dar aveti grija cat folositi pentru ca acestea isi intensifica gustul in timpul gatirii la slow cooker.
Se scoate aerul din punga, se inchide si se maseaza bine carnea. O lasa la macerat peste noapte sau chiar pentru 24 ore.
Carnea intreaga cu tot sosul din punga se aseaza in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot cu Autostir de 5,7 l(click aici) si se seteaza pentru 7 ore pe functia low sau pana cand carnea este gatita suficient(click aici) .
La final se scoate carnea si peste sos se adauga o lingura de amidon dizolvata in apa si se mai lasa inca 30 minute .
