Sliced chicken breast, beaten and seasoned with salt, garlic, pepper and paprika.
For the filling I used finely chopped fresh mushrooms, grated cheese, chopped green olives and breadcrumbs but you can also use couscous.
I formed the rolls, I tied them with food strings for cooking but you can also use reusable silicone ties . Grease the rolls with olive oil and place them in the ceramic bowl of the CrockPot slow cooker on the grill for 3.5 hours on high with an absorbent towel. Half an hour before the end I added grated cheese over them.

Piept de pui feliat, batut si condimentat cu sare, usturoi, piper si boia de ardei dulce .
Pentru umplutura am folosit ciuperci proaspete tocate marunt , cascaval ras, masline verzi maruntite si pesmet dar puteti folosi si cus-cus.
Am format rulourile, le-am legat cu ata pentru gatit(click aici) dar puteti folosi si legaturi din silicon reutilizabile(click aici). Rulourile se ung cu ulei de masline si se aseaza in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului CrockPot pe gratar(click aici) pentru 3,5 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant. Cu jumatate de ora inainte de final am adaugat si cascaval ras peste ele.
