Naut cu carne de pui/Chickpeas and chicken dish





In the slow cooker’s ceramic bowl put a cup of chickpeas , previously hydrated in cold water for 12 hours, chicken breast strips, 1/2 leek,2 carrots sliced, 1 chopped bell pepper, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup chicken stock,1 cup tomato sauce,salt, ground pepper , parika, bay leaves and set the slow cooker for 4 hours on high.

In vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului manual de 3 l(click aici) am pus o cana de naut, hidratat in prealabil cu apa rece timp de 12 ore , piept de pui tras separat in tigaie pe aragaz, o jumatate tija de praz, 2 morcovi, 1 ardei gras rosu, 3 catei de usturoi, 1/2 cana de zeama de oase(click aici pentru a vedea reteta) , 1 cana sos de rosii,sare, piper, boia de ardei dulce , foi de dafin si am setat oala pentru 4 ore pe functia high.
