For 4 pieces salmon fillet: I have seasoned it with salt,pepper and garlic powder . I’ve used 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 100gr asparagus, 100gr mushrooms and 300 gr of frozen vegetables mix(corn, peas, broccoli, red pepper, carrot) , all fried in a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, as they all have different cooking times. All the ingredients were put into the ceramic bowl of the 6,5litre Cookworks slow cooker(click here) and set the pot for 2,5 hours on the high . No water, as everything was done in its own juice . At the end of the program , I’ve pulled appart the salmon with 2 forks and mixed well with the whole sauce. The cooked noodles were added separately. If you want , add more salt, pepper powder or garlic.

Pentru 4 bucati somon file condimentat cu sare, piper si usturoi praf ,am folosit si 1 lingura sos de soia, 2 linguri, sos de rosii, 100 gr sparanghel, 100 gr ciuperci si 300 gr de mix de legume congelate(porumb, mazare, brocoli,ardei gras rosu,morcov) trase in tigaie cu 1 lingura ulei de masline pentru ca au timpi de gatire diferiti. Toate ingredientele le-am aruncat in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Cookworks de 6,5l(click aici) si am setat pentru 2,5 ore pe functia high.Nu am adaugat apa, totul s-a facut in suc propriu. La finalul programului am desfacut somonul fasii cu ajutorul a doua furculite , am amestecat bine cu tot sosul format si am adaugat si taieteii fierti separat pe aragaz. Dupa plac mai puteti adauga sare, piper, usturoi.
