Orez cu pipote si inimi de pui/Chicken stomachs and hearts rice dish



Ingredients:

  • 700 gr chicken stomachs and hearts;
  • 300 gr frozen vegetable mix;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil;
  • 1 cup fillipino rice ;
  • 3 cups chicken stock;
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste;
  • 1 prasley bunch;
  • salt, ground pepper, garlic powder.

Wash very well the chicken’s stomachs and hearts and boil them for 5 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Directly in the 4,5l Duraceramic Crock Pot bowl ,saute the onion in a tablespoon of olive oil, toghether withe the mixed frozen vegetable(carrot,red pepper, peas, sweet corn,, broccoli)and the tomato paste. Then add the chicken stock , spices and the chicken’s stomachs and hearts. Transfer the pot into slow cooker and set it for 4 hours on high.

After 4 hours , add the rice , mix very well and extend the time for anther 40 minutes without stirring or lifting the lid.

In the end add the freshly chopped parsley and with a fork , peel the rice , mixing gently with circular movements , starting with the top layer until you reach the bottom. It goes great served with baked red peppers.

  • 300 gr amestec legume congelate;
  • 1 ceapa mica;
  • 1 lingura ulei masline;
  • 1 cana orez filipinez;
  • 3 cani supa din oase de pui(click aici pentrua vedea reteta);
  • 1 lingura bulion;
  • 1 legatura patrunjel ;
  • condimente:sare, piper proaspat macinat, usturoi pudra.

Pipotele si inimile se curata bine,se dau intr-un clocot si se arunca apa.

Direct in vasul Duraceramic de 4,5l al Crock Pot-ului (click aici) se caleste ceapa intr-o lingura de ulei , impreuna cu amestecul de legume congelate(morcov, ardei gras rosu, mazare,porumb,brocoli) si bulionul. Peste  , se adauga si supa de oase, pipotele si inimile , condimentele, se transfera oala in slow cooker si se seteaza pentru 4 ore pe functia high.

Dupa cele 4 ore se adauga si orezul , se amesteca foarte bine si se mai prelungeste cu inca 40 minute pe functia high fara a amesteca si fara a ridica capacul .

La final se adauga patrunjelul proaspat tocat si cu ajutotul unei furculite , se despinde orezul, amestecand usor cu miscari circulare , incepand cu stratul de deasupra pana se ajunge la stratul de jos.(Atentie sa nu zgariati vasul). Merge de minune servit cu ardei copti .
