Paste bolognese/Pasta bolognese

Ingredients:

800 gr minced beef
2 large onions
1 red bell pepper
2 carrots
1 can tomatoes 
5 crushed garlic cloves
500 gr tomato with baked peppers sauce
2 cups and a half of hot bone stock (you can add even more if you like with more sauce)
2 butter cubes 
Parsley and fresh basil
2 bay leaves, salt, pepper
350gr uncooked pasta

red wine (optional)
Mozzarella and for serving Parmesan

Saute just the meat, garlic and onion into a fry  pan and then place it in the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients (except pasta and mozzarella) and set the pot on low for 7 hours or 3.5 hours on high. After finishing the program, add the pasta together with the mozzarella and we set another 40 min on low / 20-25 min on high. The time may vary depending on the amount of pasta and how much the ceramic pot is filled up.

800 gr carne tocata de vita
2 cepe mari
1 ardei gras rosu
2 morcovi
1 buc roșii la cutie
5 căței de usturoi zdrobiți
500 gr sos de roșii cu ardei copti
2 căni și jumate de zeama de oase fierbinte (puteti adauga si mai multa daca va place cu mai mult sos)
2 cubulețe de unt
Patrunjel si busuioc proaspăt
2 foi de dafin, sare, piper
350gr paste nefierte

vin rosu(optional)
Mozzarella și ptr servire parmezan

Doar carnea , usturoiul si ceapa trase in tigaie si mai apoi asezate in vasul de ceramica al slow cooker-ului impreuna cu restul ingredientelor( exceptand pastele si mozzarella ) si setam oala pe low pentru 7 ore sau 3,5 ore pe functia high. Dupa finalizarea programului adaugam si pastele impreuna cu mozzarella si mai setam inca 40 min pe low/20-25 min pe high. Timpul poate varia in functie de cantitatea pastelor, de cat este umplut vasul ceramic.
