Prajitura cu banane si caramel/Caramel banana cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 can condensed milk (400 gr);
  • 200 gr crumbled digestive biscuits;
  • 4 medium bananas, peeled and cut into slices;
  • 50 gr melted butter;
  • whipped cream and ice cream to serve;
  • chocolate to decorate.

Place baking paper in your slow cooker bowl and then pour the condensed milk.

Put the biscuits crumbs into a bowl , add the bananas slices and turn gently to coat them with crumbs. Lift out the banana slices and place on top of the condensed milk in layers.

Mix the melted butter with the remaining biscuits crumbs and then transfer the mix on top of banana slices to cover completly.

Set the slow cooker for 3 hours on high and use an absorbent towel.

Serve with whipped cream and ice cream .

  • 1 conserva lapte condensat(aprox 400 gr);
  • 200 gr biscuiti digesti maruntiti;
  • 4 banane medii felii;
  • 50 gr unt topit;
  • frisca si inghetata pentru servit;
  • ciocolata pentru decor.

In vasul slow cooker-ului tau aseaza hartie de copt si apoi rastoarna laptele condensat.

Intr-un bol separat pune biscuitii maruntiti si bananele felii. Amesteca usor pentru a acoperi complet bananele cu un strat de biscuiti. Ridica bananele si transfera-le peste laptele condensat , in straturi.

Adauga untul topit peste restul de biscuiti si amesteca foarte bine. Cu amestecul de biscuit rezultat acopera complet bananele.

Seteaza slow cooker-ul pentru 3 ore pe high si nu uita sa folosesti si un prosop absorbant.

Delicioasa servita cu frisca si inghetata.
