Prajitura cu caramel/Caramel cake

Ingredients:

3 large eggs at room temperature
250 ml oil
200 gr sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
380 gr flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
200 gr ripe walnuts
3 apples

In a deep bowl, mix eggs with oil, sugar, vanilla extract and salt powder until the sugar is melted.

In another separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and transfer to the beaten eggs and incorporate easily. Add the diced apples together with the chopped walnut.

It is preferable to use a form with a detachable bottom that fits perfectly in the ceramic bowl of the slow cooker. In the tray greased with butter and lined with flour I transferred the composition. CAREFUL!!!!! not to exceed 2/4 of the height of the ceramic vessel.

Set the slow cooker for 2 hours on high and use an absorbent towel.

While the cake is still hot and before removing it from the shape, prick it very well with a larger fork, on the whole surface (as deep as possible) and add the caramel icing and a few nuts and let it absorb all the syrup for a few minutes. .

For the caramel sauce I used:

200 g brown sugar
85 gr butter
65 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

In a frying pan over medium heat, I added all the ingredients and after it reached the boiling point I left it for about 4 minutes, stirring lightly.

Ingrediente:

  • 3 oua mari la temperatura camerei
  • 250 ml ulei
  • 200 gr zahar
  • 2 lingurite extract de vanilie
  • 380 gr faina
  • 1 lingura scortisoara
  • 1 lingurita praf de copt
  • un praf de sare
  • 200 gr nuca coapta
  • 3 mere

Intr-un bol adanc se mixeaza ouale cu uleiul, zaharul, extractul de vanilie si praful de sare pana cand zaharul este topit.

Intr-un alt bol, separat , se amesteca ingredientele uscate dupa care se transfera peste ouale batute si se incorporeaza usor. Adaugam si merele cubulete impreuna cu nuca coapta tocata la cutit.

De preferat este sa folositi o forma cu fund detasabil care sa intre perfect in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului. In tava unsa cu unt si tapetata cu faina am transferat compozitia. ATENTIE!!!!! sa nu se depaseasca 2/4 din inaltimea vasului ceramic.

Se seteaza slow cookerul pentru 2 ore pe functia high cu prosop absorbant.

Cat inca este fierbinte prajitura si inainte de a o scoate din forma, se inteapa foarte bine cu o furculita mai mare, pe toata suprafata(cat mai adanci) si se adauga glazura de caramel si cateva nuci si se lasa cateva minute sa se absoarba tot siropul.

Pentru sosul de caramel am folosit :

  • 200 gr zahar brun
  • 85 gr unt
  • 65 ml lapte
  • 1 lingurita extract de vanilie
  • un praf de sare

Intr-o tigaie pe aragaz la foc mediu, am adaugat toate ingredientele si dupa ce a ajuns la punctul de fierbere am mai lasat aproximativ 4 minute , amestecand usor.
