Carrots – 1 large piece
Eggs – 1 pc
Oil – 25 ml
Flour – 70 gr
Brown sugar – 50 gr
Ground walnuts – 60 gr.
Orange juice – 30 ml
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
A pinch of salt
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and ground walnuts.
In another bowl, beat the egg with the salt, the oil and add the grated carrot and pour over the dry composition, stirring until the composition is homogenous.
Separately prepare a form with a detachable bottom (click here) lined with butter and flour in which the composition of the cake is added and then, it is added in the ceramic bowl of the slow cooker Crock pot . Set the pot for 3 hours on low with an absorbent towel.

Intr-un bol se amesteca faina, zaharul , praful de copt, scortisoara si nucile macinate.
In alt bol se bate oul cu cu praful de sare, uleiul si se adauga si morcovul ras si se rastoarna peste compozitia uscata amestecand pana se omogenizeaza compozitia. Separat se pregateste o forma cu fund detasabil(click aici) tapetata cu unt si faina in care se adauga compozitia prajiturii si cu totul, se adauga in vasul ceramic al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot. Se seteaza oala pentru 3 ore pe functia low cu prosop absorbant. Delicioasa! Pofta buna! |
