Ingredients:
- 4 separate eggs;
- 150 gr icing sugar;
- 100 gr melted butter;
- 30 ml strong coffee;
- 100 gr melted dark chocolate;
- 20 gr cocoa;
- vanilla / rum extract;
- 500 ml milk;
- 80 gr flour;
- a pinch of salt.
- fruits for serving.
In 2 deep bowls, separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the icing sugar until lights in colour. Over the resulting composition add melted butter, coffee, melted chocolate, cocoa, vanilla extract, milk and flour and mix after each ingredient added until incorporated.
Separately, mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they become a hard foam.
Incorporate the egg whites into the chocolate composition, mixing lightly with a spatula.
In your slow cooker bowl lined with baking paper, add the resulting composition and set the pot for 2 hours on high and don’t forget to use an absorbent towel.
Before serving, leave the cake in the fridge for a few hours and then serve with fruits.

- 100 gr unt topit;
- 30 ml cafea tare;
- 100 gr ciocolata neagra topita;
- 20 gr cacao;
- esenta vanilie/rom;
- 500 ml lapte;
- 80 gr faina;
- un praf sare.
- fructe pentru servire.
In 2 boluri adanci separa galbenusurile de albusuri. Mixeaza galbenusurile cu zaharul pudra pana se deschid la culoare. Peste compozitia rezultata adauga pe rand untul topit , cafeaua, ciocolata topita, cacao, esenta de vanilie, laptele si faina si mixeaza dupa fiecare ingredient adaugat pana se incorporeaza.
Separat, mixeaza albusurile cu un praf de sare pana devin spuma tare.
Incorporeaza albusurile in compozitia ciocolatoasa amestecand usor cu o spatula .
In vasul slow cooker-ului tau tapetat cu hartie de copt adauga compozitia rezultata si seteaza oala pentru 2 ore pe functia high si nu uita sa folosesti un prosop absorbant.
Inainte de servire, lasa prajitura la frigider pentru cateva ore si apoi serveste cu fructe.
