For these stuffed vine leaf I put the ingredients ochiometrically because it is a traditional recipe that I have been practicing since my childhood: beef mince, rice, bell peppers, onions, carrots, parsley, dill, eggs, tomato paste and seasoned to taste. Everything is finely chopped, the composition mixed very well and formed the stuffed vine leafs. The stuffed vine leafs placed in the ceramic bowl of the slow cooker with pieces of smoked meat among them, tomato sauce and water 3 times more than the amount of rice. The layers of stuffed vine leafs should not exceed 3/4 of the height of your bowl. We set the device for 10 hours on low for the most wonderful stuffed vine leafs. So simple, without checking or supervising. I went quietly to sleep and in the morning, a wonderful smell called us all to the table!

Pentru sarmale am pus ochiometric ingredientele deoarece este o reteta traditionala pe care o exersez inca din copilarie: carne de vita, orez, ardei gras, ceapa, morcov, patrunjel, marar, oua, bulion si condimentat dupa plac. Totul tocat marunt, compozitia amestecata foarte bine si formate sarmalutele in foi de vita de vie . Sarmalutele asezate in vasul ceramic cu bucati de afumatura printre ele, sos de rosii si apa de 3 ori mai mult decat cantitatea de orez si sos de rosii.Stratul de sarmale sa nu depaseasca de 3/4 din inaltimea vasului. Setam slow cooker-ul pentru 10 ore pe functia low si avem astfel cele mai minunate sarmale. Nu as mai fierbe niciodata sarmale pe aragaz . Atat de simplu, fara sa verific sau sa supraveghez. M-am dus linistita la somn si dimineata ,un miros minunat de sarmale ne chema pe toti la masa!
