Saramura de peste/Fish brine soup

Fish fillet you like

3 pieces bell pepper (3 colors)
2 hot peppers
Cherry tomatoes
2 cups fish stock  (click here for recipe) hot
Lemon juice
5 cloves of crushed garlic and rub with oil until it becomes like a “mayonnaise”
Thyme, salt, pepper, chilli powder (as desired)
Fresh parsley

Bake the peppers in the oven beforehand, peel, drain and cut into cubes.

 “Throw” all the ingredients in the ceramic bowl of your slow cooker Crock Pot, except the garlic and parsley that you need to add them to the end.

Set the slow cooker for 2.5 hours on high .

So simple and so delicious!

Rosii cherry
2 cani stock de peste(click aici pentru reteta) fierbinte
Zeama de lamaie
5 catei de usturoi pisati si frecati cu ulei pana devine ca o “maioneza”
Cimbru, sare , piper, praf de chilli ( dupa plac)
Patrunjel proaspat

Ardeii se coc in prealabil in cuptor, se curata de coaja, se scurg si se taie cuburi.

“Aruncam” toate ingredientele in vasul de ceramica al slow cooker-ului Crock Pot , cu exceptia usturoiului si al patrunjelului pe care le adaugam la final.

Setam aparatul pentru 2,5 ore pe functia high.
